“We approached Cunningham Builders mid 2018 to quote on a major renovation of our home in Clyde Rd Christchurch. From the outset Daniel was extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Daniel assisted with the design and came up with ideas that enhanced the project as well as saving us money , an example of this was using a hardly utilised office to create a larger kitchen and scullery. We chose to let Daniel project manage our renovation, a decision we did not regret. A complete schedule of work was supplied along with contractors who would be working on the project. Daniels team were a pleasure to have working in our home as were all the subcontractors that were used. The renovation was completed to a very high standard and we love our new home. The project was completed on time and within budget a combination which is very rare these days. We would not hesitate to recommend Cunningham builders and look forward to working with Daniel again on our next building project.”
